My goal is to assist you in experiencing a safe and positive birth, whether in your home, a birth center, or a hospital. I offer non-judgemental support for all types of families and births, assisting you through this miraculous transition.
Fees are on a sliding scale. Please contact me for special requests.

- Access to both of us via unlimited phone, text and email support from the point of hire through birth.
- Two in-person prenatal visits in your home (one from each of us) to get to know you and discuss your birth desires, expectations, preferences and feelings. We’ll clarify our roles, prepare you with questions for your care providers, and cover relaxation and comfort techniques, and more.
- Being on call from 37-42 weeks. You will receive our on-call calendar, and the doula who is on-call when your labor starts will attend your birth. Since we back each other up, you will have the advantage of knowing both of us regardless of who can attend. If you are a returning client, we will do everything in our power to have you be with your original doula.
- Continuous emotional, physical and informational support during your birth including massage and/or acupuncture as desired. We will remain up to 2 hours postpartum until your family is ready to bond privately.
- One in person postpartum visit with the doula who attended your birth, helping you to process the birth and establish successful breastfeeding.

The tarot is one of many tools you can use to articulate your hopes and questions during this important time in your life. Adopting the Celtic Cross, one of the tarot’s oldest and most popular patterns for readings, I’ve designed Birth Plan Readings to help you connect to your inner guide and make your birthing wishes clear.
A traditional tarot reading involves a seeker—someone looking for an answer to a personal question—and a reader—someone who knows how to interpret the cards. You will see each card in your own way, but at the same time, we will link the images and their positions to understandings that others have found meaningful. Your reading will be a mirror that reflects back to you the hidden aspects of your own unique awareness and desires surrounding your pregnancy, birth, and transition into motherhood.
Interpreting the spread together, we’ll discuss your reactions, take notes and incorporate them into a birth plan, affirmation, or mantra that will serve you in labor and in life.
A session is 30 minutes long and can be incorporated into a prenatal or postpartum visit.
