I'm so happy you've found your way here. I became a doula so that I could play a nurturing and supportive role in one of life’s most important experiences – your birth.

After attending the births of family members and close friends, I was moved to study doula work, to offer my continuous, nonjudgemental support to women and their families before, during, and after labor.  I've trained with DONA International for both birth and postpartum work, and with other local healers and experts in birth preparation, client advocacy, and comforting touch.
